Privacy Policy for SpotDiff: Find Differences

PixelNote («we», «us», or «our») develops and provides SpotDiff: Find Differences («SpotDiff» or the «App»). This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the App.

1. Information stored on your device

SpotDiff does not require an account. The game stores information locally on your device to provide its features, including:

• Level progress, unlocked and completed levels, and unfinished game sessions.
• Found differences, mistakes, hint balances, and game rewards.
• Game preferences, such as music settings.
• Dates and timestamps used for special-level availability, advertising intervals, and local reminders.

We do not operate a server that receives these saved game files. Local game progress is not uploaded to PixelNote for analytics or cloud synchronization.

The App does not request access to your contacts, camera, microphone, or precise GPS location.

2. Advertising and third-party services

SpotDiff integrates Google AdMob through the Google Mobile Ads SDK to display advertising, including ads between levels and optional rewarded ads. Testing versions may display Google’s demonstration ads.

The advertising SDK can collect and share information with Google and its advertising partners, including:

• IP address, which can be used to estimate your general location.
• Device and advertising identifiers, including the Android advertising ID and app set ID where available.
• App and advertising interactions, such as app launches, ad views, taps, and video views.
• Diagnostic and performance information concerning the App and advertising SDK.

This information is used for advertising delivery and measurement, advertising-related analytics, service reliability, and fraud prevention. Advertising personalization depends on applicable requirements, consent, SDK configuration, and available privacy settings.

Data transmitted by the Google Mobile Ads SDK is encrypted in transit using TLS. Using demonstration ads does not mean that the advertising SDK makes no network connections or processes no data.

3. Local notifications

SpotDiff can schedule occasional reminders locally on your device. Notification scheduling uses local activity timestamps and your device’s time zone and language. This reminder feature does not send those scheduling records to a remote notification server.

Where Android requires notification permission, the App requests it. You can disable notifications at any time in Android’s settings for SpotDiff.

4. Information you provide when contacting us

If you contact PixelNote, we receive the information you choose to send, such as your email address, message, and any screenshots or diagnostic details you attach. We use this information to respond to your inquiry and investigate reported issues. Our communication service providers may process this correspondence to deliver and store it.

Please do not include passwords, payment card details, or other unnecessary sensitive information in support messages.

5. Sharing and international processing

Information processed through AdMob is handled by Google and its partners as described above. Support correspondence may be handled by our communication service providers. We may also disclose information we hold when necessary to comply with applicable law or protect users and our legal rights.

Third-party providers may process information in countries other than your country of residence. Their privacy policies explain their international processing practices and applicable safeguards.

6. Retention and deletion

Local game data remains on your device until it is removed. You can delete it using Android’s App info → Storage → Clear storage/Clear data controls for SpotDiff, or by uninstalling the App. Clearing storage removes your saved progress and settings.

We retain support correspondence only as long as needed to address your request and meet applicable legal, security, or dispute-resolution obligations. You may contact us to request its deletion.

Google and its partners retain advertising-related data according to their own policies. Removing SpotDiff or clearing its storage does not automatically delete information already processed by those providers. We do not have direct access to all information they hold about an individual device.

7. Your privacy choices and rights

You can manage available advertising ID and advertising privacy controls in Android settings. The options and their location vary by Android version. Where an advertising consent message is presented, you can use it to make the choices it offers. Device advertising controls do not necessarily stop all advertising-related processing.

Depending on your location, applicable law may give you rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of personal information, restrict or object to certain processing, withdraw consent, or complain to a data protection authority. 8. Children’s privacy

SpotDiff does not require players to provide their name, date of birth, email address, or other account registration information to play. This does not mean that the advertising SDK collects no data, as explained in Section 2.

If you are a parent or guardian with a concern about a child’s information in connection with SpotDiff, please contact us. We will investigate and take appropriate action regarding information under our control.

9. Security

We use reasonable measures to protect information under our control. Local game files are stored in the App’s storage area. No storage or transmission method is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when the App or its data practices change. Updates will be published on this page with a revised date. Where required, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent.
